AvidTrak’s billing system is transparent and our clients may view their respective charges at a granular level. By altering dates in the Billing View Screen, AvidTrak users may see respective talk time charges for each respective period per phone number.
Our clients may also view their payment history, credits (if any posted to their account) and monthly charges. The system is geared towards making our clients see their entire cost structure.

We have set up an automated system to check and validate proper installation of AvidTrak JavaScript on our client’s web pages. The installation-checker is able to typically validate code installation on 75-80% of our client’s sites. However, there are instances where human intervention is required to validate code or diagnose fault with code installation.
